Which car cover is best for me?
We have car covers for every need, whether you are looking for a cover for summer winter, indoor or outdoor.

What if my car isn’t listed on your website?
We have a very wide range of cars listed on our website but if yours isn’t listed please get in contact with us – we would love to have the chance to help you (and maybe add your car to our list!)

Are all your covers fitted?
Yes all the covers; DustPRO, SuperSoftPRO, WinterPRO, SummerPRO, WeatherPRO and ExtremePRO are fitted to your make and model of car, we have 100’s of patterns to ensure the best fit.
With exception to the half size cover which comes in a range of generic sizes from the smallest mini to the largest Range Rover.

What if my car has an non factory fitted spoiler or bodykit?
We should still be able to supply a car cover that fits, we normally ask you to supply a photograph and dimensions first.

How does the cover fit if I have an aerial?
The aerial would need to be removed before fitting the car cover, in most cases an aeiral can easily be unscrewed. For shark fin antennas in the roof we recommend placing a soft item/sponge over the fin to prevent damaging the car cover, we supply instructions on how to do this with all our covers.

Will the car cover scratch my car?
No - all our car covers are made from an anti-scratch material, our aim is to protect your car not cause any damage! It is recommended that car covers are always placed on a clean car, dirt and dust can damage the paintwork.

Is there a manufacturer’s warranty against product failure?
Yes there is a 2 year warranty on all WinterPRO, WeatherPRO and ExtremePRO car covers and a full 1 years warranty on everything else.
Note: Manufactures warranty is not covered against winds over 60mph

Can I take out a warranty against accidental damage?
We offer an additional warranty to cover accidental and storm damage which includes strong wind. Please contact us for more details.

Can I cover my car for long term storage?

Yes - but follow these simple guidelines.  It is best practice to check your cover and condition of your car every 2-3 weeks. If condensation is found on the inside of the cover or the paintwork allow the cover to dry before refitting.

If you intend to leave your cover on the car for more than 3 months please follow these guidelines;

  • Stretch the elastic hems on a regular basis to keep it in good condition.
  • If storing outside for long periods of time and/or the car is in a windy location, additional straps or netting are recommended (see accessories)
  • Ask a neighbour to check security of the cover 
  • Dont leave your vehicle covered for a long duration in very damp locations or areas where there is no breeze to assist breathability

Orders and Deliveries

How long will my order take?
We normally dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the same day Monday to Friday only.
During busy times and after bank holidays this may take a little longer.

If there are any delays due to stock we endeavour to let you know as soon as we can.
Please allow 2-3 weeks delivery for custom made orders (Kalahari only).

Which Courier do you use?
Our main courier is Interlink who deliver next day to all UK mainland addresses. The courier will contact you with an estimated 1 hour time slot. Please supply a mobile number to receive notification by text.
For Scotland, Highlands and Islands it usually takes 2-3 days. All other destinations vary so please contact us if you need more details.

What happens if I’m out when the courier comes?
If you are unable to be there when the courier arrives please contact us asap so we can re-arrange the delivery. Otherwise the courier will leave a calling card so you can contact them yourself to arrange delivery.
If you know you are unlikely to be at home when the delivery is due we advise you to provide an alternative delivery address when you place your order. Perhaps a place of work or neighbour .

What if I am not entirely happy with the product?
If you have a problem with your purchase, whatever it is we first and foremost try to resolve the issue for you.
But rest assured you can always return the item within 14 days for a full refund. We just ask that the item is returned in good re-sellable condition.
If you are unhappy with how the cover fits for any reason, we may ask you to send us photographs of your car with and without the car cover on.

What happens if I made a mistake and ordered the wrong item?
Don’t worry! We all make mistakes and we will happily exchange the wrong cover for the right one .
