Refunds and Returns

Every retail item sold is covered by the Just Roaster 14-Day money back Guarantee if you are not entirely satisfied with the item. If a customer is unsatisfied with a purchase, it can be returned within 14 days of receipt. All products returned must be in new condition, in original packaging. In the event that you wish to return the goods or have any questions about returns, please contact Just Roadster by email sales@justroadster.com or telephone 01427 872517. In receipt of the goods, Just Roadster will return the money to the customers credit card or PayPal account.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, please contact Just Roadster immediately. If an order is cancelled before it has shipped but after payment has been taken, a 10% order processing fee will be assessed.
