How long will my car cover take to arrive?

All our car covers with exceptionn to the Luxury Fleece are stock items and we aim to dispatch within 48 hours.
Luxury Fleece car covers are custom made to order and will take 2-3 weeks to dispatch
Seat Covers normally take around 7 days to dispatch.
Boot Liners are custom made to order and will take up to 4 weeks to dispatch.
If on the rare occasion your purchase is out of stock we will we contact you immediately we normally receive new stock within a week or two.

 
What if I am not entirely happy with the product?

If you have a problem with your purchase, whatever it is we first and foremost try to resolve the issue for you. 

But rest assured you can always return the item within 14 days for a full refund.  We just ask that the item is returned in good re-sellable condition.

What happens if I made a mistake and ordered the wrong item?

Don’t worry!  We all make mistakes and we will happily exchange the wrong cover for the right one .

Will the car cover scratch my car?

No all our car covers are made from an anti-scratch material, our aim is to protect your car not cause any damage!

Is there a warranty against product failure?
Yes. There is a two year warranty on all all Year Protection and Winter Heavyweight car covers and all other car covers a full one year warranty.

Do you do discounts for multiple orders?
We are happy to negotiate prices for multiple orders for clubs, dealers etc

Do you supply to customers overseas?
Yes we dispatch worldwide but postal charges do vary so please contact us first for a quotation.

Do your car covers cater for additional body work extras?
Small rear spoilers can be accommodated for but for the Indoor Luxury Fleece range, as it is a bespoke item, we can usually add additional material to cater for individual needs. In this instance a photograph of the vehicle and some dimensions would requested.

Do I need to protect my cover?
To avoid long term damage to the car cover we recommend covering the wing mirror with a protective 'sock'. In addition cars with shark fin antennas in the roof should be covered to prevent damage to the car cover.
